Return Policy:
Eligibility for Returns:
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your Fitje product for a full refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization number. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:

- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Non-Refundable Items:
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for a refund.
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info.covus@gmail.com for further instructions.
